Thus having acquired certain party skills, like "don't just buy liquor and nothing else," Darren took his show on the road for the 2002 World Horror Convention in Chicago, Illinois, home stomping turf of the by-now-infamous Chad Savage. Still helplessly trapped in the restrictive argot of the lifelong computer nerd (see previous page), Darren ringmastered a party suite on Saturday, April 13th, 2002, and dubbed the resultant assembly of inebriated freeloaders "Gothic.Net Party 1.3." Turns out that this was just a warm-up for an idea even more obnoxious than a World Horror Con (operative word: "con") — HOW ABOUT WE COMBINE THE "KAZ PARTIES" AND THE "GOTHIC.NET PARTIES" INTO ONE BIG FRICKIN PARTY?

Sometimes you get a bruise on your forehead from smacking it in disbelief so many times. This particular kettle boiled over on September 14th, 2002.
